1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MoveLog: Step & Move Counter ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

MoveLog: Step & Move Counter is a step, movement, and activity tracking application that provides:

  • Step, floor, and calorie tracking with daily movement history
  • Activity rings and movement goals
  • Achievement system with milestones (e.g. 100K steps) and streaks
  • Progress charts and a high-fidelity history log
  • Optional Apple Health (HealthKit) read / write sync

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

MoveLog: Step & Move Counter does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device, with optional Apple Health sync.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

MoveLog is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads.

6. Health Disclaimer

MoveLog provides activity and step tracking for informational and motivational purposes only. It is not a medical product and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Step, floor, and calorie estimates may be approximate. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise program.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass subscription validation mechanisms

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Step, floor, or calorie counts will be accurate
  • The App will help you achieve any specific health or fitness result

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on step or calorie data for health or dietary decisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
