1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Perry: Period & Pregnancy Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Perry: Period & Pregnancy Tracker is a menstrual cycle and pregnancy tracking application that provides:

  • Cycle tracking with period, ovulation, and fertile-window predictions
  • Daily logging of flow, 8 symptoms, 6 moods, and notes
  • Cycle phases, calendar, statistics, regularity score, and trend charts
  • Pregnancy mode with 12 tools (weekly tracker, kick counter, contraction timer, weight, appointments, birth plan, and more)
  • Health articles, baby names, home-screen widget, and data export / import

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Perry: Period & Pregnancy Tracker does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device, with optional iCloud sync to your private iCloud database.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

5.1 Perry Pro Subscription

Perry: Period & Pregnancy Tracker offers auto-renewable subscription plans (monthly and annual) that unlock premium features, including:

  • Premium health insights (regularity score, trend charts, mood and symptom analysis, phase guide)
  • Advanced calendar navigation across past and future months
  • Full pregnancy tracking mode with all 12 tools
  • iCloud sync with conflict resolution
  • Data export (JSON / CSV) and import
  • Fertility predictions (ovulation and fertile window)

5.2 Free Tier

The free tier includes unlimited daily logging (flow, symptoms, moods, notes), cycle tracking, a basic calendar with the current month, mascot tips, health articles, and the home-screen widget.

5.3 Payment and Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5.4 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account Settings.

5.5 Restore Purchases

If you have previously purchased a subscription, you can restore it through the "Restore Purchases" button within the App.

5.6 Apple Standard EULA

In-app purchases are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

6. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Perry is a tracking and informational app. It is NOT a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Cycle, ovulation, and fertile-window predictions are based on statistical averages and may be inaccurate. Perry must NOT be used as a contraceptive method or as a fertility-diagnosis tool. Pregnancy tools (including kick counter and contraction timer) are for personal tracking and convenience only and are not a substitute for prenatal medical care. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical, reproductive, or pregnancy-related decision.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass subscription validation mechanisms

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Cycle, ovulation, fertility, or pregnancy predictions will be accurate for you
  • The App is suitable for contraceptive, diagnostic, or clinical use

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on the App for contraceptive, fertility, pregnancy, or medical decisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
