1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pillora: Medicine Reminder ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Pillora: Medicine Reminder is a medication reminder and adherence tracking application that provides:

  • Smart medication reminders with lock-screen dose logging
  • Flexible scheduling for once-a-day, multi-dose, or cyclic prescriptions
  • Multi-medicine support with custom colors, types, and reminder times
  • Adherence tracking with weekly, monthly, and all-time trends
  • Monthly calendar view and context-aware daily health tips

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Pillora: Medicine Reminder does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Pillora is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads.

6. Health Disclaimer

Pillora is a reminder and tracking tool. It is not a medical product and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Reminders are only as reliable as the schedules you set, and missed or duplicate reminders may occur. Pillora does not replace professional medical guidance or a pharmacist's instructions. Always follow your prescribing healthcare professional's directions and consult them with any questions about your medication.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass subscription validation mechanisms

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App or its reminders will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
  • Reminders will be delivered on time or never missed
  • Adherence statistics will be accurate or suitable for clinical use

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed, duplicate, or incorrect medication reminders.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
