This Privacy Policy explains how SleepHaven ("the App") handles your information. SleepHaven is a free, privacy-first sleep tracker developed by Umit UZ.

SleepHaven - Sleep Tracker is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how SleepHaven - Sleep Tracker handles your data.

2. Information We Collect

SleepHaven - Sleep Tracker stores the following data locally on your device only using secure local storage: Sleep Records: Bedtime, wake time, sleep duration, sleep quality score, and estimated sleep stages; Journal Entries: Mood, energy level, sleep factors, and optional notes; Dream Journal Entries: Dream descriptions, moods, clarity ratings, and tags; Power Nap Sessions: Nap duration, timing, and effectiveness ratings; Sleep Hygiene Plans: Assessment responses and completed tips; User Settings: Sleep goals, bedtime/wake times, notification preferences; Onboarding Profile: Sleep goals and preferences selected during initial setup

2.1 Locally Stored Data

The following data is stored exclusively on your device:

  • User preferences and settings
  • App content and data you create

3. No Account or Login Required

SleepHaven does not require an account, registration, or sign-in of any kind. All functionality is accessible immediately on launch without any credentials.

4. Third-Party Services

SleepHaven - Sleep Tracker does not use any third-party services, including: No personal identification information (name, email, phone number); No account creation or login; No location tracking; No contacts, photos, or camera access; No device identifiers for tracking; No data sharing with third parties; No cookies or similar tracking technologies; No third-party analytics services; No third-party advertising networks; No third-party tracking tools; No third-party crash reporting tools; No social media integrations; No authentication services

5. No Analytics or Tracking

SleepHaven does not integrate any analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, advertising identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), or third-party tracking of any kind. There are no cookies, beacons, or similar tracking mechanisms.

6. Internet Usage

SleepHaven requires an internet connection only for:

  • Opening external links you tap (support page, privacy policy, terms of service)

All features run fully offline; no network access is required for the App to function.

7. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times.

8. Data Sharing

SleepHaven does not sell, rent, share, or disclose any user data to third parties. Since no personal data is collected by the developer, there is nothing to share.

9. Children's Privacy

SleepHaven is not directed at children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

All data remains on your device until you choose to delete it. You can delete all app data at any time through the in-app "Reset All Data" feature in Settings, or by uninstalling the app.

11. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
