By downloading, installing, or using SleepHaven ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

SleepHaven is a free, privacy-first sleep tracker that provides:

  • A free, privacy-first sleep tracker.
  • Track sleep stages, journal your dreams, enjoy ambient sounds, and build better rest habits.
  • All data stays on your device

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

SleepHaven does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature.

5. In-App Purchases

SleepHaven does not offer any in-app purchases, subscriptions, or other paid features.

6. Medical Disclaimer

SleepHaven is a wellness tracking tool, not a medical device. The app does NOT provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Sleep quality scores and stage estimates are based on device sensors and algorithms, which may not be accurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for sleep disorders or concerns.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass subscription validation mechanisms

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
