1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Aniyra ("the App") handles your information. Aniyra is a complete farm management for livestock owners developed by Umit UZ.

Aniyra is designed with privacy as a core principle. The App does not require an account, and your data is stored locally on your device.

2. Information We Collect

Aniyra collects minimal data to provide farm management services. All farm data is stored locally on your device or synced via your private iCloud container. Microphone access is used for voice-powered data entry. Speech recognition is processed on-device using Apple's Speech framework. Voice commands are converted to text locally and never stored or transmitted. Speech recognition is used for hands-free logging in the field — say "Milk 12 liters from cow Bella" and the app parses it into structured data. We store your farm data locally including animal profiles, milk yields, health records, vaccination schedules, and expense logs. All data remains private on your device or in your personal iCloud container. We do not collect personal identifiers, location data, or usage analytics. No tracking or profiling is performed.

2.1 Locally Stored Data

The following data is stored exclusively on your device:

  • User preferences and settings
  • App content and data you create
  • Audio recordings (stored locally only)

2.2 Local Storage

Your data is stored locally on your device using secure local storage mechanisms: For iCloud sync users, farm data syncs to your private iCloud container via CloudKit. This data is encrypted and only accessible by you across your devices. Aniyra does not have access to your synced data. Voice commands are processed on-device using Apple Speech Recognition. Only the converted text is stored — no audio recordings are saved.

  • Farm profiles and settings
  • Animal profiles (tag numbers, breed, birth dates, offspring history)
  • Milk production records (morning/evening yields, analytics)
  • Health records (vaccinations, treatments, birth tracking)
  • Expense logs with categories (feed, medicine, vet, equipment)
  • Voice command history (text-only, no audio recordings)

3. No Account or Login Required

Aniyra does not require an account, registration, or sign-in of any kind. All functionality is accessible immediately on launch without any credentials.

4. Third-Party Services

Aniyra integrates the following services: Apple Speech Recognition (Voice Entry) Voice commands are processed on-device using Apple's Speech framework. Audio is never transmitted to external servers. Only the converted text from your voice commands is stored locally on your device. Apple CloudKit (iCloud Sync) For users who enable iCloud sync, farm data synchronizes to your private iCloud container via CloudKit. Your data is encrypted and only accessible by you across your devices. Aniyra does not have access to your synced data. Apple Push Notifications (APNs) Vaccination reminders and health alerts are delivered through Apple's Push Notification service. Notification content is generated based on your local farm data. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We do not use analytics or tracking services. Aniyra is completely free with no subscriptions or third-party payment processing.

5. No Analytics or Tracking

Aniyra does not integrate any analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, advertising identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), or third-party tracking of any kind. There are no cookies, beacons, or similar tracking mechanisms.

6. Internet Usage

Aniyra requires an internet connection only for:

  • Opening external links you tap (support page, privacy policy, terms of service)

All features run fully offline; no network access is required for the App to function.

7. Data Sharing

Aniyra does not sell, rent, share, or disclose any user data to third parties. Since no personal data is collected by the developer, there is nothing to share.

8. Children's Privacy

Aniyra is not directed at children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. To delete all App data, you can:

  • Delete the App from your device, which removes all locally stored data
  • Reset the App's data through iOS Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Aniyra > Delete App

No data exists on any remote server, so there is nothing to request deletion of from the developer.

10. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
