This Privacy Policy explains how Dielya: Daily Affirmations ("the App") handles your information. Dielya: Daily Affirmations is a daily affirmation and self-care application developed by Umit UZ that delivers uplifting affirmations, categories, and daily streaks.

Dielya is designed with privacy as a core principle. All your data stays on your device. The App does not require an account and does not collect personal information.

2. Information We Collect

Dielya does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on remote servers. No data leaves your device.

2.1 Locally Stored Data

The following data is stored exclusively on your device:

  • Affirmation progress: Daily affirmation viewed state, current and best streaks, and last-opened date
  • Favorites: Affirmations you have bookmarked
  • Onboarding data: Whether you have completed onboarding and your selected preferences
  • Daily reminder: Your daily notification reminder time and notification permission state
  • Theme: Your selected visual theme

3. No Account or Login Required

Dielya: Daily Affirmations does not require an account, registration, or sign-in of any kind. All functionality is accessible immediately on launch without any credentials.

4. Third-Party Services

Dielya uses no third-party SDKs, analytics services, or advertising networks. Daily reminder notifications are scheduled locally on your device.

5. No Analytics or Tracking

Dielya: Daily Affirmations does not integrate any analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, advertising identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), or third-party tracking of any kind. There are no cookies, beacons, or similar tracking mechanisms.

6. Internet Usage

Dielya: Daily Affirmations requires an internet connection only for:

  • Opening external links (privacy policy, terms, support)

All affirmations, categories, favorites, and streaks are bundled and work fully offline.

7. Data Sharing

Dielya: Daily Affirmations does not sell, rent, share, or disclose any user data to third parties. Since no personal data is collected by the developer, there is nothing to share.

8. Children's Privacy

Dielya: Daily Affirmations is not directed at children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

You can clear your favorites and reset your streak from within the App. Deleting the App from your device removes all locally stored data.

10. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
