By downloading, installing, or using Dielya: Daily Affirmations ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Dielya: Daily Affirmations is a daily affirmation and self-care application that provides:

  • Daily affirmation hero card with share and stats
  • Curated affirmation categories with detail views
  • Favorites to save the affirmations you love
  • Daily streak tracking that grows with consistent use
  • Local daily reminder notifications at your chosen time
  • Multiple visual themes to match your mood

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Dielya: Daily Affirmations does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Dielya is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads — all affirmations and themes are available at no cost.

6. Wellbeing Disclaimer

Dielya provides affirmations for inspiration and general wellbeing only. The App is not a medical or mental-health product and is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing mental-health difficulties, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass subscription validation mechanisms

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Affirmations will produce any specific psychological or medical benefit
  • The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on affirmations for mental health or medical purposes.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
