1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Dijitentity: Digital Business Cards ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Dijitentity: Digital Business Cards is a digital business card and identity application that provides:

  • Build a professional digital identity with name, title, company, bio, and social links
  • Premium card styles and themes for customization
  • Generate a QR code from your card for instant sharing
  • Share your card via the iOS Share Sheet, WhatsApp, Instagram, or email
  • Save your card image to your photo library
  • NFC-based identity exchange with nearby devices

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Dijitentity: Digital Business Cards does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Dijitentity is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no paywalls — all card styles and sharing features are available at no cost.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

QR codes generated within the App are derived from your own contact information and remain yours to share.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Misuse NFC sharing to transmit harmful or unwanted content

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Shared cards or QR codes will be received correctly on every device or platform
  • NFC exchange will succeed on all devices or environments

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
