1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Dremdea — Validate Your Startup Ideas ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Dremdea — Validate Your Startup Ideas is a startup idea validation application that provides:

  • Swipe-based exploration of startup ideas
  • AI-powered idea generation and analysis using Groq API
  • Idea submission with AI analysis (quick and pro modes)
  • Community voting (upvote/downvote) on ideas
  • Idea bookmarking, searching, and filtering
  • Daily streak tracking and achievement badges
  • Local push notifications for reminders

All core features work offline except AI idea generation, which requires an internet connection.

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms. The App is not directed at children under the age of 13.

4. Accounts

Dremdea — Validate Your Startup Ideas does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device.

5. AI-Generated Content

Dremdea uses artificial intelligence (via Groq's LLaMA model) to generate startup idea analyses. The following applies to AI-generated content:

  • AI-generated ideas and analyses are provided for informational and inspiration purposes only
  • The developer makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or commercial viability of AI-generated content
  • You should independently verify any AI-generated information before making business decisions
  • Your text prompts are transmitted to Groq for processing; see the Privacy Policy for details

6. In-App Purchases

Dremdea does not offer any in-app purchases, subscriptions, or other paid features. The App is entirely free to use with all features accessible without payment.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Startup ideas generated by the AI or submitted by you remain your intellectual property. The developer does not claim ownership over user-generated content or AI-generated outputs.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit harmful, abusive, or illegal content through idea submission
  • Attempt to abuse the AI generation feature through automated or excessive requests

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI-generated analyses will be accurate or commercially viable
  • The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or reliance on AI-generated content.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation in good faith.
