This Privacy Policy explains how Meditea ("the App") handles your information. Meditea is an app to transform your mind with guided meditation, breathing exercises, and mindfulness tools developed by Umit UZ.

2. Information We Collect

Meditea - Meditation & Mindfulness stores the following data locally on your device only using secure local storage: Session Duration: Length of each meditation session; Session Type: Meditation, breathing exercises, sleep sounds; Mood Tracking: Mood before and after sessions (optional); Journal Entries: Personal notes and reflections (optional); User Preferences: Notification settings, reminder times, selected categories

2.1 Locally Stored Data

The following data is stored exclusively on your device:

  • User preferences and settings
  • App content and data you create

3. No Account or Login Required

Meditea does not require an account, registration, or sign-in of any kind. All functionality is accessible immediately on launch without any credentials.

4. Third-Party Services

Meditea - Meditation & Mindfulness does not use any third-party services, including: No account creation, login, or registration; No data collection, transmission, or servers; No usage analytics or statistics; No crash reports; No behavioral tracking; No device fingerprinting; No location data; No iCloud, CloudKit, or backend synchronization; No database, backups, or remote access; No data transmission outside your device

5. No Analytics or Tracking

Meditea does not integrate any analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, advertising identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), or third-party tracking of any kind. There are no cookies, beacons, or similar tracking mechanisms.

6. Internet Usage

Meditea requires an internet connection only for:

  • Opening external links you tap (support page, privacy policy, terms of service)

All features run fully offline; no network access is required for the App to function.

7. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times.

8. Data Sharing

Meditea does not sell, rent, share, or disclose any user data to third parties. Since no personal data is collected by the developer, there is nothing to share.

9. Children's Privacy

Meditea is not directed at children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

All data remains on your device until you choose to delete it. You can delete all app data at any time through the in-app "Reset All Data" feature in Settings, or by uninstalling the app.

11. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
