1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Noelio: Bible & Daily Prayer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Noelio: Bible & Daily Prayer is a minimalist Bible reading and daily prayer application that provides:

  • Minimalist Bible reader with adjustable font size
  • Built-in audio narration using your device's text-to-speech voices
  • Guided reading plans with daily progress tracking
  • One-tap verse bookmarks
  • Reading history and last-position resume

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Noelio: Bible & Daily Prayer does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Noelio is entirely free and ad-free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Scripture text is provided by bible-api.com and is used under that service's terms. Noelio does not claim ownership over the scripture content.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Abuse the Bible API through automated or excessive requests

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App or the Bible API will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Scripture text will always be available, accurate, or complete
  • The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on scripture availability or content for any purpose.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
