1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ReadManager: Read, Save, Track ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

ReadManager: Read, Save, Track is a read-later and reading-list tracking application that provides:

  • Multi-format library for articles, books, links, podcasts, and videos
  • Reading XP, levels, daily streaks, weekly goals, and achievement badges
  • Filtering, sorting, and custom tagging for your library
  • Progress tracking with sliders and private annotations
  • Discovery feed with locally-scored trending and recommended content

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

ReadManager: Read, Save, Track does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

ReadManager is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

ReadManager stores links and references to content you save; the content itself belongs to its respective owners. ReadManager does not host or claim ownership over third-party content.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Save or share links to unlawful or infringing content

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Saved links will remain valid or accessible over time
  • Discovery content will be relevant, current, or accurate

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on saved links or discovery content.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
