1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Savfe: Family Safety & Check-Ins ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Savfe: Family Safety & Check-Ins is a family safety, location, and check-in application that provides:

  • Family safety circles with a real-time on-device map
  • Automatic safe-zone check-ins (home, work, school) via geofencing
  • One-tap SOS alerts and quick-access emergency contacts
  • Driving dashboard with safety scores, trips, and speed statistics
  • Battery monitoring and a unified activity feed

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Savfe: Family Safety & Check-Ins does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device. Savfe has no backend.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Savfe is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads.

6. Safety & Emergency Disclaimer

Savfe is a personal safety and convenience tool. It is not a substitute for professional emergency services, and its SOS, check-in, and location features may fail due to device settings, network conditions, battery, or software errors. In a genuine emergency, always call your local emergency number (e.g. 911) directly — do not rely solely on the App. The developer makes no guarantee that location, check-ins, or alerts will be delivered or received.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass subscription validation mechanisms

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Location, check-ins, or SOS alerts will be accurate, timely, or delivered
  • The App will keep you or your family safe or prevent emergencies

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on the App for safety, emergencies, supervision, or location accuracy.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
