Waiddd is a conquer impulse spending with a mandatory cooling-off period that provides:

  • Save money, track your progress, and make intentional shopping decisions — all privately on your device

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Waiddd does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature.

5. In-App Purchases

Waiddd does not offer any in-app purchases, subscriptions, or other paid features.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass subscription validation mechanisms

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
