1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WeekendFun: Activity Planner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

WeekendFun: Activity Planner is a weekend activity planning and budgeting application that provides:

  • Structured Saturday and Sunday timeline planning
  • Curated activity catalog tailored to mood, group size, and energy
  • Dynamic budget tracking and real-time spending monitoring
  • Historical insights into your weekend habits
  • Premium, minimalist design with fluid animations

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

WeekendFun: Activity Planner does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

WeekendFun is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass subscription validation mechanisms

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Suggested activities will be available, safe, or suitable for you
  • Budget tracking will be accurate or suitable for financial decisions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on budget tracking for financial decisions or on suggested activities.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
